If you suffer from diabetes, hypertension or any other health condition, we strongly recommend to always consult your physician or healthcare professional before using any new products, including ours.

As a general guideline, our customers that have diabetes use our post-workout RTD protein shake TITANIUM RECOVER, and customers with hypertension use all of our products except for our hydration mixes (which by definition are high in sodium).

We do not recommend that you repackage the content of the bags into another container (e.g. a plastic container) as it may make the powder clump. Our trilaminated packaging protects the powder from clumpling thanks to its aluminium barrier regardless of ambient humidity.

If the place where you live is too humid, please keep the bag tightly closed using its upper zipper.

Chews are safe for children to eat, since none of our flavors contain caffeine.

In most cases if your body is not used to using gels, you may experience stomach discomfort. Our chews are specially formulated to be soft to your gut and easy to masticate whilst providing a quick source of energy for your workouts that hits your bloodstream, on average, 15 minutes after intake.

Since our energy bars are made of crunchy quinoa, it's very normal that up to 20% of your bites may arrive crunched into small pieces because of handling and shipping. Notwithstanding all the nutritional properties of our bites remain the same however crunched.

A good idea is to use the product's "crumps" as granola for breakfast mixing it with greek yogurt. That's quite a delicious treat!

Some bottles may escape even the highest quality standards for manufaturing facilities! Happens to every manufacturer once in a while however uncommon. This is a strong indication of food spoilage, and you should avoid it.
